The 3rd Annual Your Obedient Servants Mission Camp will be held July 18--July 23rd at our church. There are over 60 campers coming from Minnesota, Alexis, Havana, Florida and Petersburg to participate in serving Jesus in the Land of Lincoln. This year's camp shirt was designed by our own Ingrid Umbach. Our book of study is Sharing Jesus by Doug Fields. The mission sites this year include: sunny Acres, Menard Convalescent, Meals on Wheels, Sports Camp, Kumler Outreach, Ronald McDonald House, St. John's Breadline, Mary Bryant Home for the Blind, Mercy Community, Washing Street Mission and Contact Ministries.

There are many opportunities for our church family to help with this camp:

1. We are in need of home baked muffins or cookies to take to the Washington Street Mission site on Monday-Thursday.
2. We are in need of snacks and drinks for sports camp and snacks for the campers themselves.
3. We are in need of costume jewelry, especially necklaces. We will give the jewelry as prizes during our nursing home game time.
